This Bonus Policy explains the terms and conditions that apply to all promotional offers available at Winzoria Casino (winszoria.nl), operated under a Curaçao eGaming licence. Please read this page in full before claiming any bonus. By accepting a promotional offer, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below, as well as Winzoria's general Terms and Conditions.

1. General Bonus Terms

The following conditions apply to every bonus, free spin award, cashback credit, and promotional offer made available at winszoria.nl unless a specific promotion states otherwise in its own terms.

  • Bonuses are available to registered players who have created a verified account at winszoria.nl.
  • Only one bonus may be active at any one time unless Winzoria explicitly states that two offers may run concurrently.
  • Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash prior to meeting the applicable wagering requirements.
  • Winzoria reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where practicable, notice will be given in advance.
  • Abuse of bonuses — including, but not limited to, opening multiple accounts, providing false information, or engaging in bonus arbitrage — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may lead to account suspension.
  • All bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Commercial or professional exploitation of promotional offers is prohibited.
  • Winzoria's decision on all bonus-related matters is final.

2. Eligibility

  • Players must be aged 18 or over to register an account and claim any bonus at winszoria.nl.
  • One welcome bonus package per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method.
  • Welcome bonuses are available to new players only. Players who have previously held an account at winszoria.nl are not eligible.
  • Winzoria reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before crediting or releasing any bonus funds. Completion of KYC is also a prerequisite for processing any withdrawal, including withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings.
  • Players who have set a self-exclusion or are subject to responsible-gaming restrictions may be ineligible for promotional offers. See Section 10 for further details.

3. Welcome Package — Ten-Deposit Bonus Structure

Winzoria's welcome package is spread across your first ten qualifying deposits, giving you sustained value rather than a single large bonus that must be cleared immediately. The total potential bonus across all ten tiers is up to €10,000, plus free spin awards on each deposit. The package activates automatically on your first qualifying deposit of at least €20.

3.1 How the Match Bonus Works

  • The match percentage is applied to the net deposit amount for each respective tier.
  • The bonus credited will not exceed the stated maximum for that tier, regardless of deposit size.
  • The minimum qualifying deposit for each tier is €20.
  • Each tier must be claimed in sequential order. If you do not claim a tier, subsequent tiers remain available but the unclaimed tier cannot be retroactively applied.
  • Bonus funds are credited to your bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn (see Section 5).

3.2 Free Spins

  • Free spins are awarded alongside the match bonus on each qualifying deposit tier.
  • Free spins are valid on designated slot titles as notified at the time of award. The designated game(s) may vary by tier.
  • Winnings generated from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
  • Free spins expire if not used within the validity period communicated at the time of award. Expired free spins cannot be reinstated.
  • The value per free spin for wagering-requirement calculation purposes will be stated at the point of award.

4. Ongoing and Weekly Promotions

Once the welcome package tiers have been completed, Winzoria operates a rolling schedule of regular promotions for existing players. The following promotion types are currently offered, subject to availability and individual promotion terms.

5. Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds — including winnings derived from free spins — must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly on each offer page at winszoria.nl and at the point of bonus credit.

  • Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount received, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
  • Only wagers placed using bonus funds contribute to clearing the wagering requirement, unless otherwise stated.
  • All eligible game contributions will be set out in the specific promotion terms. As a general guide, slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager staked; table games, live casino games, and sportsbook bets may contribute at a lower rate or may not contribute at all — check the individual promotion for confirmed contribution rates.
  • Winzoria reserves the right to void wagering progress if it determines that low-risk or mathematically favourable betting strategies have been employed to reduce the statistical risk of clearing a bonus.
  • Bonus funds and any pending wagering requirements will be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before the requirements are met, unless Winzoria's current terms provide for the release of real-money funds separately.
  • Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period associated with each bonus. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the bonus balance and any associated winnings being removed from the account.

6. Bonus Validity and Expiry

  • Each bonus has an associated validity period during which wagering requirements must be completed and, where applicable, free spins must be used.
  • The validity period for each offer will be stated on the relevant promotion page at winszoria.nl.
  • Expired bonuses and any winnings generated from them will be removed from your account automatically. Winzoria is not obliged to reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
  • Welcome package tiers remain available for a defined period following registration. Tiers not claimed within that period will lapse.

7. Maximum Bet Whilst Playing with Bonus Funds

  • Whilst bonus funds are active and wagering requirements remain outstanding, a maximum stake limit applies per spin, hand, or bet.
  • The maximum bet permitted whilst a bonus is active will be stated in each promotion's specific terms. Where no figure is stated, a default maximum of €5 per spin or bet applies.
  • Placing bets in excess of the stated maximum whilst a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided and any winnings generated during those wagers being forfeited.

8. Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings

  • Winnings generated from bonus funds or free spin awards may be subject to a maximum cashout limit. Where such a limit applies, it will be specified in the individual promotion's terms.
  • Any winnings that exceed the stated maximum cashout limit will be removed from your account when a withdrawal is processed.
  • Deposits made with real money and any real-money winnings generated without the use of bonus funds are not subject to bonus-specific cashout caps.

9. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Bonus Interaction

  • Deposits below the €20 minimum threshold will not qualify for bonus activation.
  • Deposits made via a payment method that is subsequently flagged or reversed may result in the associated bonus being voided.
  • Withdrawals cannot be processed whilst bonus funds are active and wagering requirements remain incomplete, unless you choose to forfeit the bonus. Forfeiting the bonus will also remove any winnings attributable to those bonus funds.
  • KYC verification — including submission of valid identity and address documents — must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. Winzoria recommends completing KYC as soon as possible after registration to avoid delays.

10. Responsible Gaming and Bonus Opt-Out

12. Fraudulent Activity and Bonus Abuse

  • Winzoria employs automated and manual monitoring to detect irregular or abusive bonus activity.
  • Actions that may constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once; using bonus funds to place opposing bets (bonus hedging or arbitrage); providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC; and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures.
  • Where abuse is identified, Winzoria reserves the right to: void the bonus and any associated winnings; suspend or permanently close the player's account; withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation; and report activity to relevant regulatory authorities where required.
